During the last 40 years there has been a great involution in Montonico's growing, even in many cases it has been replaced with other kind of vines, like Trebbiano and Cocociola. The mourned Francesco Valente (known as Ciccillo), a great Montonico wine lover, organized for the first time the so called "wine and grapes Montonico revival", a feast organized with some friend of him, between them teacher Notturno.

Montonico growing in Bisenti's land seems to go back to source to Roman's time. The entire event is dedicated to the wine and to the grapes. It exists since about 30 years. It is a gastronomic event, but not only: it is especially a popular event which enclose culture, folklore and traditions. During this event there is the allegoric wagons parade, folkloristics exhibitions, a painting extemporary (for younger and older), pictures exposition and a cultural course for all the town.
